Our main manufacturing programme is the production of Jacquard harnesses for all types of Jacquard machines and looms.
We focus on the excellent quality of all harness components
- good-quality harness guiding boards for Jacquard machines
- solid steel comber boards, 8 or 10 mm vulcanised fibres, optimised drilling pattern
- high-quality polyester harness cords - Trevira or Dacron
- stainless heddles with high-quality PVC tubes
- stainless open or covered spiral springs with a wide range of characteristics, elastic Lycra
We offer our customers qualified technical services
- all harnesses are specifically designed according to the customer´s configuration
of Jacquard machines, Jacquard frames, looms and woven goods - we select the best components for high speed looms to avoid resonance problems
- we provide technical service for precise installation and maintenance of harnesses
We supply levelled harnesses as well as drawing-in on request.
